Lovely. Great raspberry and cherry flavors created a fairly soft and fruity body. Dried up a bit as it warmed but fruit flavors lingered well throughout. Another of the really good ones of the fun afternoon. 4.55

Quite good. Have a feeling this will continue to sit well (glad I have another bottle!). Nice tangy notes from the sumac and super tasty barrel / oak flavors. Solid easy drinker. 4.2
DMC Brew is drinking a Lou Pepe Gueuze (2010) by Brasserie Cantillon at Gordons Corner Rd
Excellent. Definitely mellowed with age in a good way. Decent funk development along with hay, mineral spices apparent. Smooth body - best result of the age - made this one a delight to drink. 4.55
DMC Brew is drinking a Framboos Noyaux (2019) by Bokke at Gordons Corner Rd
Always in the mood for a good Bokke - this one was pretty interesting but definitely well done. The apricot pit flavors were very solid, though they did mute the vanilla a bit. Good raspberry nose and subdued flavor. Great nose featured more vanilla. 4.35
DMC Brew is drinking an Islay Brut by Mills Brewing at Gordons Corner Rd
Quite good and definitely deceiving w the ABV. Effervescent body with the champagne like consistency opened up to impressive and very forward smoky peat / scotch flavor. Peat overpowered at times, but overall really nice work here. 4.2
DMC Brew is drinking a Sitopia (2020/2021) by Antidoot - Wilde Fermenten at Gordons Corner Rd
This one was pretty stunning in its assertiveness with unique flavors - lavender, elderflower, and rhubarb. The brew had a sharp peppery edge which paired well w the lavender in particular. Unique and very well done overall. 4.45

Good work. Black raspberry gave this one nice jammy flavors - also got some cherry and a bit of green apple. Body of this was oaky and grassy with some straw / hay notes in the background. Fairly sharp acidity that starts subtle but rose up at end. 4.2
DMC Brew is drinking a Lou Pepe Framboise (2007) by Brasserie Cantillon at Gordons Corner Rd
Awesome - second only to LPK for today's best of so many incredible brews.Big, big fruit flavors of raspberry, cherry, and slight melon - simply top notch framboise. Very slight acidity, remarkable for the age. This one was an absolute treat. 4.7

Big grapes in this one from the gewurtzstraimer and some nice sweet notes that represented that wine style well. Very slight woodsy backdrop with some stone fruit flavors as well from the lambic. Slight grappa flavor from the pomace. Impressive. 4.6
DMC Brew is drinking a Single Farm (Motueka) by Side Project Brewing at Gordons Corner Rd
Bright and brilliant flavors throughout this one. Lemon and stone fruit combined well with the lemon/lime/ spice notes from the Moteuka add. Nothing too complex here and def a fan of the Moteuka in this in particular. Nice work. 4.35
DMC Brew is drinking a Saint Lamvinus (2019) by Brasserie Cantillon at Gordons Corner Rd
Yet another great opportunity today to try multiple vintages together - in this case, 10 years apart. While the 2009 had more overall depth, the bright grape and berry flavors are more prominent and super tasty. Vinuous and earthy body w slight funk. 4.55

Awesome. A slightly musty but mainly fruity nose leads to raspberry, cranberry, and a slight smoky edge mixed with solid earthiness in the body. More hay / barnyard type flavors came through as this one warmed up. Excellent aging results. 4.7
Earned the Fruits of Your Labor (Level 67) badge!DMC Brew is drinking an Arthur: Foudre by Hill Farmstead Brewery at Gordons Corner Rd
Excellent body on this featuring green grape and light strawberry sweetness, as well as slight stone fruit, nice oakiness, and slight funk development. Good malt to help balance it all out and add a little more depth. 4.45
DMC Brew is drinking a Prolegomena (2017) by Hill Farmstead Brewery at Gordons Corner Rd
A pretty stunning version of the Flanders style (and super psyched this style was well represented today). Very good dark fruit - black grape, prune flavor notes. A little too acidic in spots, but a minor complaint for a great overall brew. 4.55
DMC Brew is drinking an Alexander (2016) by Brouwerij Rodenbach at Gordons Corner Rd
So interesting to do two vintages 30 years apart and see the differences in development. Cherry cola flavor was there as with the 86 vintage, but def sweeter and a more tart mourhfeel. Got a few slight cognac hints to remind that this had time on it. 4.25
Drinking for Ukraine Ryan Akbar: Very cool vertical! 🍻
Jon Nosnarb: #defeatPutin #. Agreed. Insane lineup for sure. Cheers to you both! 🍻
DMC Brew is drinking an Alexander (1986) by Brouwerij Rodenbach at Gordons Corner Rd
Damn - by far the most interesting (note- GOOD interesting) of the day. Cranberry, cherry cola, and black tea were main tasting notes I got. Really nice earthy body made this one a pleasant sipper. Small wonder this one is known for being a good ager. 4.3
Earned the Belgian Holiday (Level 13) badge!DMC Brew is drinking a Lou Pepe Kriek (2018) by Brasserie Cantillon at Gordons Corner Rd
My favorite of the day. Intensely fruity dark cherry permeated throughout and provided nice tart/sour balance. Drifted into chianti territory as it warmed up. Pretty clean and smooth body overall and a near perfect drinker on this humid afternoon. 4.75
DMC Brew is drinking a 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Vintage 2007 by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen at Gordons Corner Rd
Wow, 15 years later, quite tasty. Still retained a pretty good amount of carbonation and provided notes of lemon, oak, and some slight melon / cantaloupe. Very good mineral qualities enhancing the flavors further. Excellent. 4.55
DMC Brew is drinking a 3 Fonteinen Zenne y Frontera Solera (season 17|18) Blend No. 20 by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen at Gordons Corner Rd
Really wonderful to get to try this gem of a brew again. Loved the mineral qualities along with the pine and the pretty soft and full body on this one. Slight cognac / sherry entered in as this warmed up. Outstanding. 4.6
Quite interesting but pretty tasty. Yet another brew today with elderflower that worked out quite well. Quite floral with slight spices, good tartness, and some decent honey. Might've sat a little too long, but still good. 4
