Late to the party with these, but happy to have gotten a bottle. Sensational depth of raspberry on the nose, with floral vanilla. Thoroughly expressed raspberry, behind pretty high tartness on the palate. Hint of apricot pits. Just moderate lambic funk.

My first Bokke ! Thanks Rory M. Definitely very complex . Funky and tart (more in the tart ) with less raspberries and more lambic forward for sure . Hardly if nonexistent vanilla . Execution on point . Need to try more Bokke for sure

Thanks Rory M. I’m like drinking fresh raspberry juice. It’s so real. Minor apricot and some vanilla at the end. All the acidity comes from raspberry. I’m a LPF fan but Bokke’s fruit lambics stand in a league of its own, unrivaled by the likes of LPF.
