Delicious...pretty much the description of every Symbiology brew these guys have put out thus far. This one has a creamy and soft body for the ABV, along with flavors of peach juice, clementine orange, and lemon-lime. Dank and fruity body. 4.4

B2 of this is just as ridiculously good as B1. Juicy, dank, and creamy (even after a slight time on the brew) body with apricot, lemon zest, overripe honeydew, green grape, chardonnay/fruity white wine, passionfruit, and lighter Macintosh apple. 4.55

#12 of 16 of the recent iterations of Fidens Jasper. Awesome work and will easily be in the top 3 of all that I've tried so far. It's got a nice fruity and citrusy nose, followed by flavors of lemon and lime juice, ripe melon, and lighter peach. 4.45

Very good work. This definitely improved as it warmed up, too. My first time trying the Thora hop, I feel like it is a good fit for the Nelson and Galaxy. Good passionfruit, dry white wine, green grape, and mixed berry, with floral/herbal in the mix. 4.35

Monkish Monday evening starts with one of my favorite triples from them. Feeling much more of the Simcoe notes on this iteration, with passionfruit, pine resin/dankness, and pink grapefruit up front. Good backing melon and lemon zest from the Citra. 4.5
