Korken kom ut med ett mycket försiktigt ”pop”. Ljuvligt gyllene kulör. Endast en liten hint kvar av kolsyran, snart en lambic. Även syran är märkbart mildrad och det framträder en viss sötma. Lite metall i eftersmaken. (Bottling date: 06/11//2014)
