3 Fonteinen x De Mederie (2 Items)

In 2023 3 Fonteinen and De Mederie collaborated for the first time for a braggot, a beer-mead hybrid, 'Could Heaven Ever Be Like This' (Idris Muhammad). Where we back then opted for more cherry - than cassis mead, we reversed the proportions this time, so with more cassis mead. In addition, we this year did two bottlings, one darker with the accent more on the mead side of things and a second lighter one with more lambik. Why choose when you can have the best of both worlds? Once again we found jazzy inspiration for the names: 'Moonshine got me' (Daniel Norgren) for the blend with more mead and 'Everybody loves the sunshine' (Roy Ayers) for the blend with more lambik. The striking label design once again came from the crafty hand of Letterlik.

Spelingen van het Lot (5 Items)

In deze serie van acht Spelingen van het Lot staat in teken van de rijping van dezelfde lambikken op verschillende types houten vaten. De lambikken komen van twee verschillende brouwsels, volledig gebrouwen met granen uit ons eigen granennetwerk en dus 100% bio. De verschillende vat-houtsoorten zijn: Amerikaanse eik, Duitse eik, acaciahout, de combinatie van Duitse eik en acaciahout, kastanje, es, kers en moerbei. I This series of eight Spelingen van het Lot feature the ageing of the same lambikken on different wooden barrels. The lambikken come off two different brews, fully crafted with cereals sourced from our cereal collective and fully organic. The different ood types used are: American oak, German oak, acacia, the combination of German oak and acacia, chestnut, ash, cherry and mulberry.
