I like this year’s batch compared to some other recent ones. I don’t detect any onion, and it’s slightly less sweet. Pine resin, grapefruit, and mandarin orange. Very bitter finish that’s almost borderline astringent, but I’ll take this over hop soup.

been holding onto this one for quite some time. Think it was bottled in ‘21. Inner grape sprees, minerals, lemon, brett, peach, and a touch of Fredericksdal cherry influence. Acidity is pleasant enough. I wish it wasn’t 9%, but it’s smooth for that abv
