been holding onto this one for quite some time. Think it was bottled in ‘21. Inner grape sprees, minerals, lemon, brett, peach, and a touch of Fredericksdal cherry influence. Acidity is pleasant enough. I wish it wasn’t 9%, but it’s smooth for that abv

Blend 91 from 2018: bad bottle: no pop when the cork was taken out, flat. Flavor is apple cider vinegar. 1 ounce for the probiotics then drained. Painfully acetic
I like this year’s batch compared to some other recent ones. I don’t detect any onion, and it’s slightly less sweet. Pine resin, grapefruit, and mandarin orange. Very bitter finish that’s almost borderline astringent, but I’ll take this over hop soup.
