It tastes like PMB: chocolate macaroon, coconut and caramel. Slightly thin and boozy on the finish, but it’s still a solid 4. Very tasty BBA RIS.

Very malty and sweet for Belgian saison. At the same time, it’s massively clove and black pepper, so props. There’s a faint herbal/flat parsley hint here, so that must be the lovage. 🌿 Nice to try.

Soft, creamy orange peel & coriander flavours. I’d like a bit of acidity and some unmalted wheat look/taste here. Decent witbier though. This man needs a beer after 5 hours driving to Saguenay Fjords, Baie-St-Paul and then back to L’Anse-St-Jean.

Rich, very chocolatey. Lots of body for 4,5% abv. An excellent dry Irish stout.

Très surpris. On est loin du style anglais, le côté très chocolaté rappelle presque un stout belge, mais c’est rôti et globalement sec quand même. Bel hybride

Pas trop lager mis a part au niveau du malt léger. Houblonnage interessant qui rend le tout bien trouble et assez tropical. Plantes tres légères. Bu a la brasserie
