Jani: I work right next to the brewery and I find their stuff on tap to be great. The cans have been a hit and miss based on dates.

Jani is drinking an Oktoberfest by Brasserie Silo at Silo - Brasserie
Straight out of a cask, what a treat. Tasting friggity fresh. Great balance, flavour, and drinkability. The last sip is just as good as the first. Rich toasty-bready malt with balancing herbal-floral hops. Low acetaldehyde to keep this from standing out.

Jani is drinking a NEIPA by Archibald Microbrasserie at Untappd at Home
An average beer. Noticeable oxidation. Drinkable with decent flavour and balance. Likely a very good beer when fresh. Probably wouldn't buy again...
Jani is drinking a Sticke Alt by LTM - Les Trois Mousquetaires at Untappd at Home
A very good brew. Pleasant surprise. Good flavour and drinkability. Balance towards malt but with noticeable hop presence. Pronounced bitterness. Barely any esters. No significant alcohol. Off-dry finish. I could drink a few of these in a session.
Jani is drinking a St-Ambroise Citrouille (Pumpkin) by Brasserie McAuslan (St-Ambroise) at Untappd at Home
An average beer. Nothing offensive but it's lacking quite a bit. I remember liking this more 6 years ago - has it really been that long? Today it's thin and has a tartness borderlining infection (which I'm sure it's not). Kind of metallic too... meh
This one stands out. Fresh AF. Clean. Rich malt character with deep toasty-bready (bread crust) and nutty notes. Low herbal-floral hops to round out any sweetness. Great balance and drinkability. Delicious. Could drink a whole bunch 🍻
