Huge rich, thick & sweet malt profile. This drinks a most spirit-like in many ways. Has an almost maple syrup type sweet note towards the finish (could be honeyish flavor from Pineau barrel). Has great depth to it w dark fruit notes, oak spice, & vanillin

This was pretty tasty. Solid roasty stout base. Solid clean banana flavor that didn’t go to an artificial note. Marshmallow brought mild sweetness and created a nice transition to barrel notes. Bourbon flavor worked well w banana Cohesive & flavorful brew

Another solid variant of the Sleeping Forever stout. Good roast up front that moves to solid dark chocolate flavors. The ancho chilis come through w a light kick to them. Chili’s pair w chocolate well and vanilla smoothes this out. Solid barrel finish.

This was solid. Had a good roast profile w light chocolate notes. Body was decent. Mild adjuncts you got light walnut w a touch of cinnamon. The rye barrel had nice presence. Mild rye spice w a light kiss of booze. Overall had decent flavor. Not bad.

Bottle Bottle

This was pretty solid. Decent roast profile w a good amount of maple flavor. Maple syrup may have thinned this out a bit. Blueberry tones are mild. Vanilla smoothes this out. Has some sweetness to it. Overall solid pastry stout but not a show stopper.
