LCI. This was excellent - especially as I'm a big fan of boysenberry (and even more.so when it makes its way into alcohol). Syrupy body but propped up by the nice berry sweetness and tartness. Well done and was quite drinkable for the ridiculous ABV. 4.6

LCI. Very good. Definitely don't dislike any brews that I've had from Schramms so far, but I'll call this one the "least remarkable" of what I've enjoyed from them so far. The red currant still gave off nice spice, tartness, and light astringency. 4.15

LCI. For me, the clear winner of the 3 Data Lake brews, in large part, because of the fine pistachio flavors, bringing out nutty, sweet, and lighter chocolate notes. Some nice dark fruit and dark cherry flavors were also found here. 4.5

LCI. The addition of cassia bark did wonders to the original mix of DL I. It felt like it was both a better binding to the multitude of adjuncts, and it also drew out good nutty, fudgy, and lighter cinnamon flavors that made this brew quite good. 4.45

LCI. The kitchen sink was thrown into this one, but it still ended up pretty darn good. Unsurprisingly rich and decadent, the dark chocolate/fudge and vanilla were both pretty nice. I think I could've done without the adjunct "hints", though. 4.3

LCI. A pleasant surprise for a short mead that was very tasty and helped act as a digestif and a palate cleanser for the many meads before it. Strawberry was in strong abundance, along with citrusy passionfruit and stone fruit, with tasty results. 4.35

LCI. Was excited by the description but didn't live up to the expectations. The name of the brew, unfortunately, held true to there being very little peach. I guess I got some coffee blossom honey, but frankly, I'm not sure, as the brew got muddled. 3.5

LCI. Seems like there was a lot going on with this mead, which unfortunately was to the detriment of the overall mix. Passionfruit was pretty nice, banana was a little light, and the honey was lost in what became a boozy mead at its finish. 3.6

LCI. Some exotic ingredients made for a tasty mead. The lehua honey was quite amazing, with buttery sugar and light butterscotch flavors. Vanilla notes were tasty and tamed against the honey sweetness, allowing some floral notes to also come through. 4.4

LCI. As the bottle says...Wow. I enjoyed this quite a bit. Between the diversity of sweet notes from the various iterations of vanilla, the high-quality meadowfoam honey, and the nacking of the oak, this took a 16% ABV and almost made it disappear. 4.55

LCI. Interesting concept to bring these ingredients together, and it worked. Berry flavors balanced quite well against the vanilla, and the pistachio was toned down well enough to bring a solid nutty base to the equation. Nice execution. 4.4

LCI. From the mead share that I'm still catching up on.. a funny brew to use for an intermezzo, and I'm glad I took the time to do some palate restoration because this was superb. Huge honeydew and cantaloupe, lemon, and lime...Citra on roids. Wow. 4.55

LCI. Grape brandy backing can be very hit or miss; here, it was good on its own, but felt a little unbalanced with the strawberry (i.e., the brandy took over). The body managed to still be accessible and fairly soft but could've used restraint. 4.25

LCI. Was super smooth and super tasty. Outstanding blueberry and vanilla flavors that, combined with the solid honey base, made this a particularly fun one to drink. With the many outstanding meads enjoyed during this share, this was one of my favs. 4.65

LCI Shitty picture, but this one was pretty nice. This was probably the point during this share where all of our palates started to get much more challenged. With that in mind, super solid black berry mix w fruit/tart balance, but was a bit light. 4.25

LCI. Definitely dug the berry mix. The boysenberry, in particular, was a nice addition. Surprisingly, despite the berry presence and ABV, it felt a bit light overall, and as it warmed up, the honey took over the fruit flavors. Pretty good. 4.25

LCI. It was pretty outstanding, though paled a bit with the mead talent from this share. Maple was super sweet and slightly overwhelmed the vanilla initially. The blackberry notes were very nice, and this came together far better as it warmed up. 4.45

LCI. Wow, the ratings are no lie or exaggeration here - this was incredible. The HQ deep fruity cherry and tart raspberry were just about perfectly balanced against the spicy black currant. Ended w a nice lingering mouthfeel. No trace of ABV. Wow. 4.85

LCI. Oxidized and way past its prime, unfortunately, though I think it's fair to assume that this should've aged reasonably well, so was a bit surprised. The body was light with some various berry notes providing tartness. Very light funk. 3

LCI. Love the dark fruit and spice impacts from the Willett barrel that complemented a very jammy body, which had easily accessible notes of blueberry and blackberry from the base brew. Brewlihan pretty much hitting routine home runs with their meads. 4.6
