Pensavo molto ma molto peggio invece la carbonazione c è e facilita la bevuta. La parte acidula rimasta ben controllata e non da fastidio. La barbera si sente sia al naso, vinosa, che mentre la si beve. Gradazione alcolica di 8% che non lo diresti mai.

Pensavo già a come scrostare il liquido nero dalle tubatire del lavandino e invece 'odore di caffe al naso è ancora ben tangibile e forte. Carbonazione comunque presente, il sour non cosi forte...se la trovo la ricompro x confronto con coffee brett.
