Really solid saison blend. Light malt profile w rustic grain edge to it. Good carbonation w a light feel. Fairly light but pretty nuanced. Light floral notes w edge of spicy esters add depth. Just a kiss of acidity in the finish. Delicate but complex.

What a tasty saison. Lots of citrus and even a bit of zesty bitterness. Light acetic acidity, champagne-like body and carb. A little funky as well. Just refreshingly rustic.

Tart saison. The saison characteristics aren’t hidden. Nice amount of funk to go with this. Soft
Chris Wu is drinking a New Paths Through Old Darkness (2021 Blend) by Floodland Brewing
Hill and Bernice funk notes - drinks slightly maltier profile, soft, low carb, hint of German weibier, dry, maybe some white pepper finish

LCI, leans towards a more traditional saison offering, but has some nice funk, and citrus that come out as she opens in the glass. Light mineral, flowers, hay, wine barrel, pepper, raw grain, and brett. 4.2
Beautiful beer. Orange, peach skin, apricot on the nose and taste. Fluffy and light like champagne. The more I dig in the more the nose reminds me of Oude fermier. Floodland is doing some great stuff
