Dark amber/ruby color, fine head. Huge aroma of caramel, barley, oak, alcohol. Taste is fantastic, attack is sweet with dried fruits, caramel, vanilla, then comes a slight bitterness and a warming sensation of alcohol, port and oak in the finish. Class !

When life gives you Barleywines, you sip that mother slowly and pretty and polite-like. Magnificent. Sticky toffee, biscuity, muddy, honey, treacle, raisins and dark fruit flavors. Take your sweet time, boyo. It was worth every minute.
