Deep black color, mocha head. Huge aroma of chocolate, toffee, bourbon alongside notes of vinegar. Taste is a huge disapointment, attack is amazing with toffee, vanilla, barrel, but then comes acidic notes and it's overwhelming. Beer looked amazing...

Golden blond color, white foam. Aroma of hops, spices, cereal. Taste is fruity, malty and super spicy as always from Brasserie Fantome, it's also a bit cereally, body is a bit light. Finish lacks of something but it's ok. Nice one !

Blond color, huge but poor head. Aroma of wood, hops, and somehow olive, it's sour. Same for the taste, it has sour and acidic notes (some "eggs" notes as we say in France), well balanced by fruity and funky notes alongside hops in the aftertaste. Nice !

BBC - Adrien & Audric: Alors je sais qu'en général on dit ça en France pour un vin ou une bière qui peut avoir légèrement tourné, avoir ce côté un peu sulfureux, acide, amer. Celle ci j'ai eu plus une impression d'acidité renfermée que d'acidité fruité. C'est bon mais special.

Golden color, white foam. Huge aroma of orange, hops, yeast & cereal, it's harmonious. Taste is perfectly balanced, it's fresh & yeasty, also floral & fruity with orange again, yet slightly "bodied" with some spices and leads to a warming finish. Great !

Dark color, beige foam. Aroma of dark chocolate, vanilla alongside almond. Taste is sweet but also full bodied and rich, it has coconut, chocolate and leads to warming and liquorous finish. Lovely one !
