그들의 이야기, 세대 교체를 미카엘에게 직접 들을 수 있었던것만으로도 영광이나 맛 또한 아주 아주 아주 좋았음. 처음에 블렌딩했을때보다 2-3년 뒤 더 포텐셜이 보였다고 한 만큼 아주 기대가 됨. 핵과류 향이 은근 있으며 그 큰 씨앗을 끓였을때 날 거 같은 단 막과 고소~~~~~한 맛이 일품인데 거기에 마우스핗까지 입안에서 예술적으로 부서지고 마지막에 약간은 아오리사과 느낌, 그 껍질느낌이 느껴짐. 지금 기준으로 아주 완벽한 밸런스를 가지고 있음.

Oh yeah. Special things near close of business at the Lambik O Droom. There are better 3F blends but this is a very delicious gueze, light caramel citrus, and drinking quite nicely. Very grateful for the opportunity to try a (big fat foamy) pour.
