Feb 5th 2016. Admittedly, I have been on IPA and Sour burn out. more so IPA burnout than sour, but I have not been reaching for a lambic lately. This is one of those beers that reminds why I love lambics. This is phenomenal. Merry Christmas all!

At 10 years old, this has surpassed my favorite out of the three I tried, the 2016. Still going strong with the flavor and a lingering back end, which I enjoy. They all were great tonight but this one was my favorite.
