GUGG: Hops smell good (and mostly newer). I'm dumping yeast and using new. That could be it. Strung-out yeast. Both Safale-05 (west coast) and Nottingham (hazy) are at about 6x; 7 is supposedly max... maybe they're tired. That could be it.
