Hmm, been a while since I’ve had some CBS, but something seems different here. A sharpness? I dunno the right word. It’s not as silky smooth as I remember.

Pretty syrupy-sweet. Was hoping for the banana flavor to come through but I’m not really getting it. Maple is there for sure. Might just be a little too sweet and heavy for me, 4 oz. pour was plenty.
