Im curious to try a saison hopped w/ Saaz, Nectaron, Nelson & Galaxy. It’s somewhat phenolic, but I gotta say, these hops give this a whole other dimension. Some peach & citrus for sure, combined with clove & a hint of berries. Malty & dry toward the end
