Belated St. Paddy's day dinner with the family. Thankfully, Kim H. saw this while out shopping to complement the theme. I must say I was surprised how tasty this was. Smelled like thin mints. Flavor was quite similar with decent barreling to boot! 🍀🍻

So cool to be able to pair this properly. Cornbeef ftw! 🤤Green color was a nice touch. Smelled and tasted minty with a definite vanilla ice cream finish. Sweet as expected, but tolerable. Slight wheat aftertaste at times. Happy St Paddy's day all ☘️
