I love how this is unabashedly a RIS. Huge roast pairs w a fairly blistering bitterness towards the finish. Solid vanilla flavor through the middle w just a touch of maple. Adjuncts don’t cover up the hop bitterness. This is exactly what it should be.

I liked this West Coast IPA a lot. Light copper color with a firm malt backbone. Hop flavors were pretty citrus forward w orange notes overtop of the more traditional grapefruit. Light pine under big citrus. Has a firm but still smooth bitterness. Tasty.

This was pretty tasty. It drank light but had a nice soft body. The citra & Fakaxy gave this a very juicy profile. Big citrus up front with some tropical fruit underneath. Familiar combo of hops that work really well together. Simple hazy pale done well.
