Vanilla leads w/ peanut brittle, whiskey raisins, & mild oak. Palate brings bourbon vanilla, nutty bitterness, & a mid-palate surge of charred oak & tobacco. Mildly slick w/ low carb; the 19% heat hits hard w/ mild astringent bitterness accompanying.

Near-perfect. Booze & charred oak open, w/ rich vanilla lifting dark fruit, toffee, & leather. Beautiful balance of barrel & adjuncts-smoked vanilla, burnt caramel, toasty coconut, & boozy raisins. Oily, near-flat. Warming but exceptionally smooth @ 19%.

Burnt caramel leads into baking cocoa, pipe tobacco, smoked vanilla, raisin, & char. Palate barrel-forward w/ oaky astringency, toasted malt, smoked chocolate, toffee, & roasty coffee. Medium body, seltzery carb, good warmth, & lingering bitterness.

Dry, complex nose of baker’s chocolate, tobacco, smoked leather, & cigar box. Hints of raisin. Palate mirrors w/ charred oak, firewood, & mild astringency – the barrel showcases. Medium-light feel, low carb, & a touch of bitterness & warmth on the finish.

Nose of dark chocolate & toasted oak - toffee/vanillin sweetness w/ time to accompany heavy bourbon. Palate brings boozy oak, roasted malt, & dry chocolate depth. Medium-full body, low sharp carb. Smooth finish w/ a touch of astringent bitterness.
