Phenomenal how stripped down & balanced this is, acidity presence so well rounded and tactful. Dan makes such well considered beer I often feel a pull back and forth that he deserves more recognition but also these beers are accessible/delicious Devin 🙌
Mitch Fox is drinking a Hopeless Devotion by Alvarado Street Brewery
This has phenomenal body and a composition of toffee sweetness, wheated bourbon, heaps of delicious chocolate. This hits so far above its weight it’s ridiculously. 15% is so well integrated it’s a chocolate bourbon delight with out of step of roughness.

A bit ungracious the notes of apple brandy and bourbon hit hard and there’s really no attempts to hide the 17. If those however are your jam (like they are mine) it’s a delightful bev
