Citrus, bread, dough, grain, grass and cracked pepper with a dry slight bitter finish. Medium bodied with a good hops to malt ratio. Well balanced between the hops and doughy, buttered bready malt. Lovely "Dortmunter"

Honey, floral, champagne, grass and candi sugar with a dry sweetish finish. Medium bodied and well balanced throughout. I'm still a complete novice with meads so still hard to distinguish many flavours. But it was very enjoyable and went down dangerously

Caramel, bread, grain, nuts, biscuit, grass and black pepper with a dry toasty finish. Good depth of malt with a medium body. Lovely balance between the Tettnang, toast and earthy bitterness. Great example overall
