第一杯点了单一尼尔森，一款我认为和马赛克一样多元、非常适合独挑大梁的酒花外观没得说，新鲜好看香气偏清新，青椒、白葡萄、醋栗，蜜瓜芒果等熟透热带水果的一面表现微弱，稍显单薄尝起来果然风味略薄。虽然酒体不薄甚至偏甜，但缺了熟水果感的尼尔森就像小说里忧郁瘦弱的文青主角，有点意思，但不耐嚼顺便尝了点瑞瓦卡版，也是同样问题：酒花处理偏清新，风味不够饱满

第一款我觉得好喝的单一莫图伊卡这酒花一不小心就会整出令我皱眉的柠檬洗洁精味儿，但这款的草本香料感压的很好香气偏青柠、酸橙，一点清新的罗勒薄荷，点到即止 hazy标准的奶黄色喝起来稍甜，酒体中等，风味饱满，低苦度。低温下收口还算利落，回温就有些粘舌头的甜了单一酒花处理的这么温和，让我对新西兰酒厂做ipa粗枝大叶的刻板印象有了改观
