Imperial rye stout with maple (Only the Trees Remember without pecans). The first sip is an explosion of flavor, luscious chocolate, maple, big rye spice notes, all in a silky smooth texture. There’s a little spice and booze heat too. Excellent.

Pours black w/thin off-white head. Maple, medium roast coffee, chocolate on nose. Taste is nice! Sweet chocolate cookie, coffee, bitter finish. Velvety full body. It's a good one.

The maple is supposed to be more prevalent for lack of competition with the pecans omitted from this variant. However, there is still so much rich stout flavors, the maple blends nicely overall, and still doesn’t overwhelm. A sippable, satisfying stout.
