A: Amber brown/red. Off-white head. S: raspberry jamminess. T: Raspberry preserves w/soft vanilla. Bit of oak. M: Moderate tartness, good amount of carbonation, light acidity there. Semi-dry finish. O: Straight tasty and easy to consume. Love it.
Joey Weather is drinking a RSHC by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
A: black w/tan head. S: Spicy barrel character. Dark chocolate. T: Dark chocolate, some nuttiness. Hints of the vanilla and good peppery wood balance. M: Full and velvety smooth. O: Very nice mix of flavors.
Joey Weather is drinking an In The Misty Gloaming by Elder Pine Brewing & Blending at Team Sujo's Tavern
Pour definitely smells like toast, a bit of molasses sweetness and barrel. Taste is pumpernickle, woody char. Hint of chocolate bitter on finish. Soft and medium body feel to it. Foeder really adds depth. Crazy good.
Joey Weather is drinking a First Base by The Bruery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Another Bruery beer where they threw everything but the kitchen sink at it. Definitely on the sweeter side but it works. Bourbon Barrel shows, Caramel, vanilla, a hint of the peanut and salty popcorn...crazy, i know but its there. Tasty overall.
Joey Weather is drinking an Aprilcot Krisp by The Bruery Terreux at Team Sujo's Tavern
Jeeze, reading the label, they threw everything at this and it doesn't work that much overall. Pretty sour and dry. I get the apple and too much cranberry. Disappointing. Initially a 2.5 but raised score because it does get better as it warms.
Joey Weather is drinking a Big Blue Stacks by The Bruery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Can smell the fresh blueberry from a few feet away as soon as it's poured. Getting closer, you get dark chocolate, oak and bourbon. It's a hefty boy but the blueberries are wonderful. Exactly what you'd expect from this double barrel BT variant.

Joey Weather: Jesse C. See how the rest drinks this evening but yeah, it hit the apot exactly like it was trying to
Jesse Castillo: Enjoy!!!
Joey Weather is drinking a Culinary Diplomacy: Mexico by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Great beer in hand and playoff hockey on the big screen. Life is good.
Joey Weather is drinking a Homegrown Rule by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
A: golden hue, thin white head. S: oak, hay funk, lemon. T: Tart lemon, white grape. Hay Funk is there. Pineapple hints. M: Light, bright, fairly acidic w/dry finish. O: This one is punchy. Brett feel comes at you. Gets better as it opens up!
Joey Weather is drinking a Birnebon Punch by The Bruery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Definitely smells like a mulled wine/cider. Nice compliment of spices like cinnamon and clove with pear underneath. Fairly sweet and that hides the burley 15% well. Like this more than I thought I would.
Joey Weather is drinking a Mango Sorbet by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Joey Weather is drinking a Hop Oils: Simcoe by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Good looking pour w/a fluffy big bubble head. Smells like clean, fresh picked, citrus. Same thing on taste w/lil candy feel. I can see why the description is "like a wet hoppped". I love that taste profile so this is for me. Surprised at the lower ratings
Joey Weather is drinking a Yipes Stripes by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Joey Weather is drinking a Piearesquare (2022) by The Bruery at Team Sujo's Tavern
A: black w/ tan head, slight pinkish tinge. S: candied cherry, raspberry jam. Hint vanilla. T: Jammy sweet raspberry, tart cherry, that hint vanilla. M: Medium body. Sweet. O: I loved the last vintage. This is just delightful as well. Easy drinker for 15%
Joey Weather is drinking a Chamomile Cuttings by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Chamomile gives it an eery hue. Chamomile and the belgian yeastiness come thru on the nose. It's like base cutting on steroids with the sweet floral tea notes added. Light and very drinkable.
Joey Weather is drinking a W.S.G. by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Bottle is a year old. Coffee has held up remarkably well. Barrel character of spicy oak has come out a little bit more as dark chocolate fades to the background. Roasty and dry.
Joey Weather is drinking a Culinary Diplomacy: Mexico by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Hahaha. I love it. Just smells and tastes like taco meat with some citrus. The cumin really comes through. Very experimental and weird. For me it works. I can't deny how good it tastes to me.
Joey Weather is drinking an Antojitos Licuados by The Bruery at Team Sujo's Tavern
Cellar pull. A: deep dark brown, no head. S: Ripe plantain. T: Ripe banana, meld of vanilla, chocolate, oak, hint of cinnamon. M: on thinner side. Super dry finish. O: Everything a bruery stout should be. Just right amount of sweetness and complexity.
Immediate peach on the nose. Brett and vanilla follow. Very tart, ripe peach. Acidity very present. Robust in its flavors. Dries on the finish. For me, this is done very well...not for the faint of heart.
