Stellar every time, and this latest batch is phenomenal even with the always-high expectations I have for Sapwood and the Dragon series specifically. Nelson, Riwaka, Mosaic, and rye in the malt bill for a white wine, tropical, spiced gem.

This is exciting - a rum barrel aged smoked bock from Barrique. The caramelization from the smoke plus rum barrels and rich bock malt are a killer combination, contrasted with almost sour smoke. This is great.

New experimental NZ hop from Freestyle Hops. This one has very distinctive sweet and fruity notes - gummi candies, red grapefruit, berries, mild earthiness. A bit like if Jolly Ranchers made a Hawaiian Punch flavor.
