Mono Maize - Blackberry & Raspberry (3/8/25) by Casey Brewing & Blending

Hilary T is drinking a Mono Maize - Blackberry & Raspberry (3/8/25) by Casey Brewing & Blending at Left of the Dial

Bright, tart and jammy, fruit sweetness cuts some of the acidity. Great use of fruit here, an impressive blend of flavors.

Mary’s Gold by Fonta Flora Brewery

Hilary T is drinking a Mary’s Gold by Fonta Flora Brewery at Left of the Dial

Fonta wild ales are something special, and this one - made with brett and estate-grown marigolds - is stellar. Floral, tart, orangey, slightly funky, mildly crisp saison finish. Excellent.

Sometimes the Trees Forget by Sapwood Cellars Brewery

Hilary T is drinking a Sometimes the Trees Forget by Sapwood Cellars Brewery at Left of the Dial

Nut brown ale with toasted pecans and a light touch of maple make this a delight. Roasty, slightly sweet, malt-forward with a slightly dry finish to mellow the sweetness well.

Pristine State by Sapwood Cellars Brewery

Woodsy pine, citrus, dank pineapple, grapefruit, resin, all in a lighter, easy drinking lager format. North Park collab.

Paddock Estate Pale Lager B1 by Wheatland Spring Farm + Brewery

Hilary T is drinking a Paddock Estate Pale Lager B1 by Wheatland Spring Farm + Brewery at Left of the Dial

Earthy, full bodied malt with heft and a touch of rye spices from the grain grown at Wheatland. The lager yeast breaks that up a bit either slightly lemony notes, crisp-ish finish, but that malt is still shining.
