2014 purchase @ the source. It’s exceedingly lively, complex and complicated, frankly. Tart, high toned lime zest/juice, sooty smoke, roasted mushroom🍄 & salty finish. Finishes dry, salty-tart with 90s Bowmore-like dunnage/smoke. Interesting & tasty.

2014 bottle & still holding up quite well. JK saison house character then gets quite briney towards the end before finishing dry almost like a gose. Simple clean beer but probably won't seek out again nor cellar this long
