Very close to the traditional style, funk/ nail polish, lemons, etc. No carbonation though & botanicals didn't jump out on me like I was expecting

Revisiting after 2 years from the previous taste (4 yr. old bottle). Getting more green apple/lime with carbonation still holding on. Opens up more as you leave it in the glass, initially thought the sage would make it a bit herbal.

Getting a lot of coconut & molasses upfront then the booze hits you hard! Probably could've let it age a few years, at least I've got a baseline now.

I'd say it's the most balanced adjunct stout I've had ever!
Thought I'd get some sweet & spicy combo from the added cinnamon & cherry variant but it was pretty much a still kriek lambic. Probably should've had it super fresh?
