Throwback Thursday. Sampled at Festival from a bottle(10/16/15). Pours golden color with medium head and light lace. Doesn’t have the tart complexity and rock salt that Hill Farm usually has in the saisons, but more floral, belgian, and brett notes....

B1? Old and bretty but less sweet than big Dorothy. Less malt sweetness, dry and earthier. Bitter citrus resin, pine, lime.
