Brought this to my sister's house for Thanksgiving. Gifted this by a friend a couple years ago. This was delightful. Lemon zest, tart but not sour or too funky for most. I loved it . I have a CD 18 left from our trip to HF in 2017. What a brewery!

Def picked this up on the last trip before COVID-19 lockdown. It’s basic to start, but, like Hill saisons after 5 years is in the sweet spot (in my highly expert opinion 😁): earthy; chamomile; lactic honeyed straw. Body grows on the finish. Superb.
