Throwback Thursday (12/24/12). Poured a nice hazed orange color with medium to large frothy white head. Aromas and taste were fruity wheat, citrus, funky yeast, biscuit, and flowers. Mouthfeel was light with very active carbonation bubbles.

Unbelievable for a 10 year old shelfie. Chalky well water, sweet tarts, funky brett, and bright citrus. Wow
