An intriguing interpretation of a Brett farmhouse ale. The Brett funk is still elegantly fruity and not off-putting, but it was the botanicals that really made this beer vibrant and memorable. An excellent beer that we would seek out again.

A treat. A little bandaid blows off and just a fantastic, herbaceous, delicate, funky treat. Not really sour at all, just a hint of brightness that balances. Lovely.

Brought this back from the farm about a year ago. This beer is simply fantastic and super unique. Some of the pop of the botanicals have faded and it’s dried out a little more. Love the sage, lemon verbena, basil and rosemary combo.
