There is a caramel and toffee-like sweetness when you first taste this beer, which slowly fades into a slight dryness in the finish. Holding it up to the light, deep ruby highlights emerge, revealing the origins of its name. This is a smooth, malt-focused beer that's almost too easy to drink. It makes you want to come back for more, and low enough in alcohol to allow it. Ingredients: 2-Row, Caramel 40, Caramel 120 and Chocolate malts. Magnum hops for bittering.
