Loads of stone fruit: pear, apricot, peach - you’d think this was a fruited sour. Ripe; vinous; white currant and gooseberry - so much like a Fumé Blanc. Richness here suggests sweetness initially but that’s just the intensity of the body. Really good.

Dry, herbal, acidic, and kinda vegetal. Reminiscent of some Coalesce releases. Kind of winey and gamey, too, but the sour levels bring it all together. This is terrific.
