Joseph Chlubna: Nice! Probably the difference between a 40 degree fridge and a 60 degree cellar. All of my ‘19 cans feel similar though. Brought them all home and deposited in the beer fridge.

6/28/19 I now know the answer to, can we put barrel aged sours in cans? No. Lost 2 soldiers in my cellar, second one blew the can apart when I picked it up. What I could salvage was delicious. Spicy, tart citrus. SITR is my favorite sour base of all time
