Pulled out of the vault! Relaxed bourbon front & center with mild coconut riding shotgun. 2-3 yrs ago, this was a well received beer. Today, it's still holding its own as a solid balanced BA cellar beer even though the bar/tastes have steadily risen!

Second, Anchorage IPA enjoyed this week. Confess they got me with the DDH Nelson Sauvin. Pretty simple (unlike the can art) for a triple. Smooth, not malty, essences of white grape, peach, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, lemon, melon, etc. Good not great!

The Resident Culture DIPA that says, "Let's go!" A big 9%, juicy, thick, dank, hop bomb (yes 8 hops later) with a subtle finishing grapefruitish bite on the tail! Thoroughly enjoyable!
