4.35 - Black currants and Pinot noir blend perfectly together; very mild tartness; soft mouthfeel; some minerality and a great balance of sweet and tartness

Quite tart but the black currant shines in this. Fruity without too much sweetness, perfectly fermented for best of both sweet and sour

Really enjoyed this. Most SP sours I’ve had are higher on acidity, but this is definitely softer in comparison. The black currant fruit notes are at the forefront & quite jammy. Pairs nicely with the Pinot Noir barrel. Finishes dry with some oak tannins.
