Maybe it's this particular bottle or the beer is just catching me at the right moment but this is drinking great. Nice caramel flavor with an apple note that isn't off-putting. Very light cinnamon. Untappd gotta make 'pastry wheatwine' category? LOL

Of course I found another bottle of this when I thought I drank my last bottle. Cellar cleaning will do that, I suppose. Coffee is still there and strong, with no green pepper note to it that I can taste. But if course, the carb is pretty much gone.
