A retry of this one a few years after I last encountered it. Served “Barn Temp” aka in the fridge all day then left out for an hour or so in the evening before drinking. It opens up beautifully, all Harry Masters Jersey and Dabinett dancing on the tongue

This is proper cider. Rich, Mature and Tart. A lovely bittersweet apple flavour with a fruity kick then a dry oaky apple skin finish. Extremely nice, if you like dry cider this is well worth seeking out.
