Jack T. is drinking a Somerset Keeved Special Edition by Worley's Cider at Untappd at Home
Watching the sun go down on the Summer Solstice on the balcony with this cider. On the sweeter side of medium due to the keeved nature, tannins coat the mouth after that medium sweet sip, which is a pleasant experience. Here’s to June 21st 🌞🍎

Jack T. is drinking a White Stag Dinner 2022 by Toye's Cider at Untappd at Home
Creating the cider on here ahead of Friday’s night’s White Stag Dinner on the Isle of Arran. Bottle reveal then, but easier to do some “Quality Control” tonight, rather than at the meal. Getting a waft of vanilla oak notes to compliment the zestyness.
Jack T. is drinking an Ashmead 2020 by Barley Wood Orchard at Untappd at Home
Mellow, tannic, with a bit of residual sweetness. A lovely hazy pour for the bottom half of the bottle. Again, a bit of that pine floorboard/freshly split log vibe on the nose. Apple bonbon palate, complimented by the light effervescence 👍🏻🍎

Jack T. is drinking a Fine Perry Vintage 2019 Catillac & Calabasse Bosc by Gould Cider at Untappd at Home
Elderflower, kiwi and lime, marigold and a bit of sage. This Perry is really going for the estery and acid summer solstice (almost) profusion of aromas and tastes. Crisp and dry finish, a real pleasure for Ridiculously Good Perry Monday 🍐🌞🍐
Purchased at The Cat In The Glass
A belated Ridiculously Good Perry Monday (it’s obviously actually Tuesday), I was travelling all day yesterday down from Scotland so no perry for me on Mon. This is gorgeous, still, tastes and smells barrel-aged (unpeated) but nothing in the label to say.
