Mat Hocking is drinking a Pulpatine by Turning Point Brew Co.
Doesn't mess about this. Coats the palate in thick chocolate with distant peachy hints. Excellent bourbon integration. Would've rated 5 but no plum, charred nectarine or smoked notes unfortunately so marked down.
Mat Hocking is drinking an Across the Tracks by Rivington Brewing Co
Falls short for a West coast.. piney resin isn't really there, thin bitterness reveals an empty hop presence. Rivington are usually top drawer.
Mat Hocking is drinking a Con Crema Berry by Pastore Brewing and Blending
Ooh. Nice. Really nice. Good berry presence, reigns in the acetic elements this time, though it is a touch tangy. Could be creamier. Pretty good tho
Mat Hocking is drinking an Arch Enemy by Pentrich Brewing Co. at Tap and Can
Grainy Weetabix malt and distant hop fruit. Would've went well with Swedish death metal
Cheers Steve Olly Quite a mild flavour profile, good to try this new Innerleithen outfit, brewed at Stewart.
