The Hop Studio - Galaxy

Through every iteration of our growth over the last demi-decade, one thing that has persisted throughout is this brewery’s love of hops, and how we’ve born an entire business that now looks after the livelihoods of fourteen team members from this love. The Hop Studio felt like a natural extension of this love – showcasing the single most complex, wonderfully diverse ingredient we use in our process bar none. Our use of Galaxy dates all the way back to our very first commercially released beers – we’ve always loved how the incredibly high oil content in this varietal creates a certified explosion of fruit-forward aroma and flavour compounds that lend themselves so perfectly to our modern hop-forward beers. Think a certified punchbowl of passionfruit, peach, and super clean citrus notes in this all out banger of an IPA. Show Less
