Bright yellow, faintly hazy. Gentle aroma, apple juice but also a faint ammoniac note. Very tart flavour, albeit clean and lithe. Not for me but not bad.

Trying another bottle from this month’s Pommelier Club. Its Yarlington Mill (and a tiny bit of Foxwhelp) with a really pleasant amount of VA. Havent tried a Yarly like this before. Stirring up the lees definitely adds an additonal flavour to the cider.
