Two Bridges

TWO BRIDGES began in 2017 as a saison fermented in stainless and condidtioned in French oak barrels with house-captured mixed-cultures for one year. In 2018, these barrels were blended into a 2nd round of barrels containing 2nd-use peaches, plums, pears, and pluots—and aged on said fruit for a year. In 2019, the barrels were blended and re-fermented in oak with overripe Rival apricots from Collins Family Orchards—and aged on said fruit for yet another year.
