Punny Pollination is a series that showcases the distinctive characteristics of different Norwegian honey varietals.

The five meads in the series were made with honey and water only, following the exact same recipe and process. The single difference between each of them is the origin of the nectar collected by the bees, demonstrating how the terroir of honey affects the flavor of the mead.

The raspberry blossom honey takes you on a complex and intense journey of flavors, lending long-lingering notes of fresh, fruity berries to the mead.
