De garde grape/cherry pit/chalky funk, peach fuzz, what more can you ask for? Citric acidity, no acetic notes. Awesome.

Cantillon killer. Minerally funk, chalk, light basement, slightly pungent. Very little acetic acid, citric is most present to my palate. Awesome. No, really, trade my cellar cantillons for de garde any day. DM me 📞

🐶🐶🐶🐶🐈 Lots of honey, lots of aronia, big flavours without any of them drowning out the others. But possibly the most tannic thing I have tasted in my life 🥵

Pretty similar to the Motueka version at this point, the brett is dominant. It’s great, but I’d be lying if I said I could taste the hops. MAYBE this is a little grassier than Motueka.
