The aroma is a lot like walking through the local cherry orchards at the end of summer - rich cherry fruit, slightly herbal, a twang of a sour note. Rich, almost creamy mouthfeel with plenty of cherry in the mouth.

Top marks for a cool project, however…completely acetic. I’m not sure whether it’s the pears used which have turned this one. I tried pouring a la sidre. I left out of the fridge for a while for a second sip. Really vinegary. Overpowering any cherry notes
