The perfect way to celebrate 40 trips around the sun. Caramelised apple, cinnamon, and citrus butter on the nose. Complex on the mouth. It's rich and creamy but cut through by bright acidity and soft lingering tannins on the finish.

Oh wow! A lot going on in this one! Coming in a lot like the 2003 Bollhayes. Fine Cider in a beautiful aged form. Boozy, mellow, rich, full-bodied. The acidity is still pronounced, but it’s relaxed somewhat. The tannin there is give a great body.
